On-site measure and consultation
We come out, measure, look at site conditions, and talk through options and material choices. For cabinets or built-ins we sketch rough ideas on the spot so you can see what we're proposing.

Written line-item estimate
Within 2-3 days you get a written estimate broken out by scope, materials, and labor. Nothing is bundled into a mystery lump sum. You know exactly what each part of the job costs before signing.

Scheduled work with daily communication
Once signed, we give you a firm start date and daily update on progress. Site is protected with drop cloths and dust containment, and we clean up at the end of every shift. You live in the house while we work.

Walkthrough and written warranty
At completion we walk the project with you, make any touch-up adjustments on the spot, and hand you a written warranty document. If something settles or fails inside the warranty window, one call brings us back.
