Why Choose Us

What keeps customers coming back

Two trades, one crew

Carpentry and painting under one roof. Your trim gets built, installed, caulked, and painted by people who talk to each other every morning. No coordinating two contractors, no gap in the schedule, and no debate about whose fault a sloppy finish is.

20 years in Ventura County

Two decades of hanging doors, cutting crown, and painting stucco in Simi Valley weather. We know which paint systems hold up on south-facing walls, which trim profiles match 1970s tract homes, and which deck framing survives the local termite pressure.

Licensed, insured, warrantied in writing

Licensed California contractor with general liability insurance. Every project leaves with a written warranty: 2 years on interior work, 5 years on exterior paint, 10 years on deck framing. Certificate of insurance available before work starts.

Premium materials, no bait-and-switch

Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore paints, solid hardwood or quality plywood cabinet construction, galvanized or stainless fasteners outside. What's on the written estimate is what shows up on your jobsite. Material swaps only happen with your written approval.
